- Up to $5,000: $1.10 fee
- Returned Check: $2.00 fee
Card Payments:

Applying for Utilities Service
To establish utility service in a new customer’s name, please provide the following:
- Completed Utility Application
- Valid Photo ID
- Required Deposit

Utility Deposit
Required deposit for utilities:

| Property Owner | $75.00 |
- Property owner deposits may be refunded after 12 months of on-time payments
- Renter deposits are refunded after move-out once the final balance is paid in full
Late Fees and Service Policy
- A 10% late fee will be added to accounts not paid by the 10th of the month
- The City may terminate utility service for unpaid balances
Maintaining community with the Utility Billing Clerk when a bill is late is strongly encouraged and may help prevent service interruption.
