City Council Meetings
Regular Meeting Schedule
The Lebo City Council meets on the first Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m.

If the first Monday falls on a holiday, the meeting will be held on the following Monday at 7:00 p.m.

Meetings are held at the Lebo Community Building, unless the building is being used for elections (typically August and November).

During election months, meetings will be held at the Lebo Library.
All meetings are open to the public.

If you would like to be placed on a City Council agenda, please contact City Hall prior to the meeting. Agenda requests should include your name and the topic you wish to discuss.

Public Comment
Members of the public are welcome to attend and participate in City Council meetings.
At the beginning of each meeting, the Mayor provides an opportunity for visitors to address the Council. If a large number of individuals wish to speak, the Mayor may impose a time limit of two (2) minutes per speaker to allow everyone an opportunity to be heard.

Special Meetings
Special meetings of the City Council may be called as needed.
Notice of special meetings will be provided in accordance with the Kansas Open Meetings Act (KOMA).
Notice will be:

Posted on the main page of the City of Lebo website, and
-
Provided to individuals and media outlets who have submitted a written request for notice for the current calendar year.
If you wish to receive notice of special meetings, you must submit a written request to City Hall each calendar year.
Public Records Requests
Council packets and other public records are available through City Hall in accordance with the Kansas Open Records Act (KORA).
Requests for records must be submitted to City Hall.
