All check payments up to $5,000 will incur a $1.10 charge ($2.00 charge if a check is returned)

Applying for Utilities
We require the below application to be filled out, a photo ID, and the deposit to put utilities under a new customer name.

- Deposits for property owners may be refunded after 12 months if bills have been paid on time. Renters’ refunds will be returned once they move out and their remaining balance is paid in full.
Late Fees
A 10% late fee will be added to accounts not paid by the 10th of the month.
The city does exercise its right to terminate service due to unpaid utility bills. Good communication with the utility billing clerk when a bill is late is always to the benefit of the customer.
